Once an order is placed and paid for, we will confirm the stock availability with the seller within 24 hours. If the stock is available, it will be sent to our operation centre where we will perform authentication & quality control, and then ship to the buyer within 3-4 working days. If the stock is no longer available, we will inform the buyer and provide full refund without any hassle. Alternatively, we will try to find another similar item upon request from the buyer.
